Very classy design, effects make a very atmospheric and relaxed prod showing that demos don't need to be "in your face" to be enjoyable. Also nice little details, love this!
Generally, I agree with Sim that at least non-obvious conversions should be credited correctly. Maybe it's in a the grey zone at times.
