- well semi-auto. if a group exists i verify if a rls is really not there
- and this csdb adding is a win32 tool so its no 24h running script
- right now its adding releases from not added groups only. and dupe-finding is semi-auto
- blame csdb rss feed for the date confusion...anyway fixed now
