Many remakes that remaster retro 2d in highres seem very off to me, like it's patches of graphics not fitting with the background, I am not sure how you do 2D properly in HD. -

Those Remasters take away the aesthetics of pixel-graphics and put flash-style-graphics instead, which just look cheap and destroy all the charme! By now i prefer remasters that simply add some higher resolution and post-effects like hypnoglow. -
