I find it kinda weird for the Raspberry Pi listing to even exist then, everything is just Linux stuff, it doesn't run directly on the hardware. -
It's a relatively specific and fixed platform still. It does make sense as a categorization if you're looking for a demo to run on your RasPi. Check your idealism out at the door. -
"Platform" is a nebulous concept anyway, in some cases it means "hardware", in other cases it means "software", in yet another case it means "a combination of the two". -
