chromag: airs are not that expensive. not that much when you compare them with the same specs ultrabooks. and they tend to keep their value, which is great, since you need to upgrade to the newer model every 2-3 years. (they have 0 upgradeable components) -

chromag: i have one, my wife has a newer retina one... if i was buying anything now, it would have to be a retina macbook pro. The screen is just so much better to work on, especially for coding. -
Asus GTX760 here, cant hear it ever, if I dont put my ear to the machine. Although I have very silent setup anyway... - chromag: was thinking about retina pro (and still do), but never got over that 0.5kg extra (50% more weight). for air I never think twice to take it with me or not. and battery life if pure gold while traveling.

- I am demomaking still, tho abandoned that project due to lack of ideas. Wanted to make a pony out of balls (Greets to Knoeki!) and stuff, but ultimately failed. I'm doing Shiny Shiny Stuff now because my GF likes that.
