- Climate and Environment has been mixed up for a reason. Nobody wants to deliberately destroy our habitat...atleast I hope so. But the cap and trade solution is pure swindle! and it doesnt solve any of our problems with our environmental abuse

It's not that someone deliberately sets out to destroy the planet, it's that they don't care that much if it accidentaly happens. Climate change is real - look at real, not pseudo-science. - yes it is real, there has been ice ages, there has been warm periods much warmer than now as late as 1200's. thats what the climate do, it changes it is a fact. Not to be confused with ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE

when you say environment, do you mean _your own_ direct env, or also like the polar regions, or the rainforests? - rainforest, polar regions what we are able to polute with particles of all sorts, and we DO need to find better fuels. Taxing the air will get us neither. or anything else for that matter.
