There are ~70 prods that have silently broken download links (e.g. 18476). How do I signal that? - if they are really broken and you do not have a working link as replacement (via request system) there is no need to do anything because we won't search for the prods.

i guess that the server doesnt return an error, but instead of a download you get some sort of redirect or dummy page or something - Yes, they return a 404 page but with 200 OK as HTTP status code, so they should be marked as broken
