sim: the car is 17 years old, i bought it about 8 years ago, it is euro5 tehnically, but since it was exported and imported several times there's no euro class on the license. i would also be OK to park outside brussels and catch a train or bus. so i'm pissed coz this was solvable had i known before - not that there was another problem that should be adressed in a more pressing way https://planefinder.net/
