Now it's time to start adding more nodes since all the underlying crap is working really well. All the nodes are implemented in GLSL making it really easy to add new ones and the calculation time is really fast. A 64k release at Edison 2012 is the goal and now it feels like it's possible :)

That looks very promising ekoli, wish I'd have something similar as well :) good luck!

WILL IT BLEND?!?!?
anyway, yeah. looks nice!
i think textures and uv maps are something of the past, especially in the 64k demo world... but yeah, nice GUI

I believe this comes from short after Futuricon's times, but I'm not sure :) Stumped upon it randomly when looking for some stuff on my HDD and decided to share, in case anyone cares.

Oh, looks like you'd better take a full-screen view of the picture, it's large.

oh... and by the way... don't those random progress programming states make pretty good abstract paintings themselves ?...

Add Mickey Mouse voice and let then go up instead of falling down. I'm sure people will catch on to the helium-joke ;)

*lol*
the helium thing is worth a try :-)

...and yes, of course that image was my inspiration.

btw... it's the first time i recognize, the ECI mode on the c64 actually makes sense for me...

but the project is shelved by now.
i'm still busy painting strange freestyle GFX...

el-bee, very cool! I also listen to some sounds of monotron in youtube, sound like a sweet device.

But dude, no offense (hey, really -- without!) this is some of the ugliest patch work I ever seen, I bet the little electrons keep shouting "hey man, this is too long and we're old and lazy! dude, make it short!!" :)
