Help with Hatari mount hdisk.

category: general [glöplog]

Ahh,. I really want to run those falcon demos (at least the small percentage of those that might be running in this emulator) but I can't undeerstand if I am doing something wrong.

Got the latest Hatari 1.1.0 now.
F12 -> Disks -> GEMDOS drive -> Browse (I even tried a folder somewhere outside with no more than 8 capital letters because it said something on the doc)

Suddenly a new disk appears in desktop
I click on it but nothing happens

stderr.txt says "no path for \ATARIHD\AUTO\*.prg

ok, if I put some prg file there it runs automatically after reboot. But what should I do to make it open a window with it's contents when I click? Is it possible?

Also with the autorun way I tried to run terrorise your soul intro but it crashed the emulator. However in the website of the emulator there are screenshots of the intro running.

Ok forget about TYS I found it, not emulation related.

How bout the rest? I want to mount a HD in windows and click on the emulator and see the contents.

i think you need to have some hard disk driver somewhere for it to work... but i'm not sure how hatari does that using a regular pc folder, as iirc it's some kind of bootsector ?
