madenmann: no, but it will go in the limited platform compo, if you bring/provide it on your own..

shifter: yes (but note the "Entries for PS2 and Xbox should if possible be delivered together with a disk image and a divx/xvid file" part of the rules that still aren't online.. coming soon coming soon..)
