Windows Phone 8.1 APP

I'm trying to compile my stuffs with Visual Studio Community 2013, as a Windows Phone App as an ".APPX" on my cloud, that has to be opened with a file explorer.
The main goal is to have an ".APPX" easy to install.
The error message :
"Can't install company app.
There's a problem with this company app. Contact..."
I'm looking with Google any issue, but it implies an ".PFX" that I do not know where it could be...
Can someone helps ?
