HACKERS demogroup

category: general [glöplog]
http://www.pouet.net/groups.php?which=8051

I really like the prod of this group, in their works they have own style... a lot of ideas I wanted to see in demos I saw in HACKER's releases...

So I want to know who are they, where are they from etc..??

their ASM2015 demo got only 15th place and noone at the partyplace did not notice that it looks like parody of "NVScene 2014 : The Ink Test by CNCD & Fairlight" (maybe on the pouet thread only)

not enough glue for mfx
Megapetscii tells the story of these weirdo tech masters from Miami. We've often acted as their liasons here in Europe, so they can release whatever they ask us to put out. I guess all that cocaine, piles of laserdiscs and using CRT-based VR hardware has been taking a toll since 1989...

And to further complicate things, Hi-Stack's real name is Ash Checksum.

Except for that one ugly legal case back in '87 but we don't talk about that and those cassettes were CLEARLY marked as imports anyway.

visy: The allegations are still absolute boolsheet, it's a well known fact that before the wide adoptation of cyber communications networks Epoch Visual Studios OY exclusively distributed their products strictly on LaserDisc.

can one buy shares of Epoch OY?
added on the 2015-08-21 17:44:19 by Serpent Serpent
Even better, can I flood Epoch Visual Studios OY with some junk bonds from 1992 when Hackers Virtual Reality Solutions Ltd. folded in Galapagos? I'm still using those as toilet paper wheneven I run out, and the face value is now picking up a bit thanks to Oculus, Samsung and Valve having to licence all those niche patents for stuff like:

- US Pat n. 129991132-22 Bodily Function Simulation Inside a Virtual Space
- US Pat n. 129991233-31 Realistic Soft-Body Collisions of a Virtual Stomach

etc. ad nauseam

Once we've accumulated enough compo winnings to have the necessary capital to go public. That is a business meeting for another time though, this thread is about Hackers Media Industries ®.

(One wonders why they paid our liason work with shares anyway, probably because they were literally printing money and then arrested for counterfeiting charges. I guess nobody told them it's just a turn of a phrase.)

they're just another curly brace/kewlers project, nothing new. move on! this time they'll probably pretend they're from Luxembourg!
Trivia: Did you know that MegaPETSCII™ from HACKERS® packed half a meg of hand-drawn Petscii data on a single one-sided floppy?
