MEGA65 version of Bad Apple.

Instructions: Unzip file, copy files to root of SD card, mount image and run.

When running, press:
1 to toggle raster-time taken
2 to toggle XOR fill
3 to toggle logo visibility
cursor up/down to increase/decrease volume
