This is a small tool I wrote some time ago to compile images to C headers for 4k/64k demos (precompiled alpha, StretchDIDIBits/AlphaBlend and friends compatible). It's written in Python 3 and depends on PIL. There's more information in the included readme and in Github (https://github.com/Beluki/EmbedDIBits).
I decided to post it here in case it's useful for anyone else.
