• bitl said everything that needs to be said concerning the delusional ideas of hugi's main editor, who time and again manages to make a fool of himself.
  
  however, i'm not going to thumb this down, for one reason: by releasing all hugi's as html files in one big zip, it is now possible to data-mine it for scene history. thanks to this package, i was able to get some info (for example, on the lifespan of certain dial-up BBSs) that i was not aware of and that came in handy for Demozoo documentary work. Also, Hugi, despite everything, featured the one or other really interesting contribution over the years, such as interviews with and articles by sceners from peripheral world regions. And these things are already something that made this release worthwhile.
