  My GeForce RTX 4090 non-OC version@stock got the minimum of 164 fps@92% GPU usage (not min 90fps at begin due to the very low GPU usage because we blame the text for CPU too limited - i7-12700KF@stock) at close to end. :)

  This scene requires GTX 5xx?!?!? No, it's stupid! loool! But yes it requires any DX 11 hardware (min Radeon HD 5000 with or GF400 with 1GB VRAM). Because my GTX 480 works fine without any problems!!! :D
  
  
  @moredhel: if you're running maybe 1080p then average 15 fps is normal. What's running your resolution screen?? What's name CPU at 3.2GHz? P4 or i7 960 or...????
