  That is a PiStorm issue. Because it can't talk to the chip ram quick enough, it employs caching on the chip-ram which you cannot switch off. Problem is, it can only track the CPU access to chip-ram, so when you build pixel plotting SMC code with the blitter, you have to manually clear the caches after the blits.

• My wife Savannah has no nostalgia for the cracking scene and doesn't really know much about it, but she could feel the emotion coming through this demo. I'd say that's a win.

• Some superb quality code rolled into a classic trackmo effects show, really good.
  
  While I do love a custom disk format but I'm not sure I agree with them being used for demos. As already seen in the comments, it becomes a barrier for people who want to run it on real hardware.
  
  I will of course be writing it to disk and checking your MFM data!
