- I don't know how to judge all these productions (if some of them were sneaked (not this one) on regular compos and I didn't know it was AI I would thumb up). I almost feel bad for thumbing down a notch production and keep neutral on all these because I think it's their own special category. Anyway, the scene is dead.

- The funny thing with these compos are, how do you prove you actually did use AI and you didn't do anything yourself? What if someone made a really good demo on their own and submitted it to this compo? But probably it would be a waste of good work to do so.

Thumb up goes to Claude for at least trying :-P
I kinda cringe to be honest when all these attempts (and even outside the demoscene) they put credits Claude like it's anthropomorphised. But then if it's not Claude who really did the code?
I wonder how weird it would be if a non-AI prod, credits would say "Code: Visual Studio C++", "Graphics: GIMP", "Music: ProTracker" - isokadded on the 2026-08-06 12:20:57
- demo MacOS acceptance by BRZ
- It was a bit small, but I liked the smooth spherical map and the scene with the textured eye, the music was also chill

- demo Windows Astral by Velocity
- I remember liking it on the stream, I ran it again, it's kinda slow at times, but still I like the theme of travelling through these galactic clouds or something.

- demo JavaScript DEMONSCENE by Gray Marchers [web]
- I just noticed how the 13MBs of this demo is mainly the MP3 and also after the long wait it worked so smoothly on my 10 year old PC (with only GPU upgraded RTX 3060 with 8GB). That's the scene spirit!

- demo Windows Before Zero by Byterapers [web]
- I do notice this disconnection on notch demos, like let's put some stuff together and show all the fluid dynamics and physics effects that would give us votes. Also tried to run on my old PC, some parts were slow, some parts were ok and then it crashed.
