• I used this for a while. Good documentation and user-friendly interface. Innovative features like storing the sourcecode in banked memory so it's reset-resident. It would take until orgams,15 years later, to see these things again.

  I have released GrafX2 2.9. Nothing really new (especially if you've been using the nightly builds), the main improvements are fixing a glitch in text input fieds, as well as improvements to loading and saving of CPC, C64, Apple IIgs and Atari TT image file formats.
  
  Downloads are available for Haiku, Atari Mint, Gamepark GP2x, Nintendo Switch, and Windows (it seems only people using GrafX2 on the weirdest platforms have submitted patched to get it to build automatically from Gitlab...)

• 1k ZX Spectrum Forever 2024 match
• The basic idea of the competing bouncing balls had been explored in a few other platforms and languages already (but not in the demoscene), but this added a few extras on top (such as the fast forward effect) to keep it interesting and a little surprising. Not sure if the fast forward stops at specially interesting places or just at random, but it works well anyways.

• During the compo I did not notice that this was only 256 bytes. Impressive for that size! Can't wait to see what you could do with 1K as the compo allows at Forever!

  The music is from Wizzball (I didn't have time to write anything new, so here is an old cover I made years ago and kept on a floppy disk full of unreleased and unfinished tunes...)
