- after GBA with Vibe demo I saw those Amiga OCS copper chunky rotozoomers appearing even on Atari STE so... as APAC mode (256 PAL blending software mode) was on my bucket list since 90s again (My carpe demo contains several apac images and a cubber APAC pic there).
so...as Atari 8bit is the parent of the Amiga and those HAM rotos appearing I was using the so called APAC mode which appeared on A8 in the 80s but is not often used in demo scene due to the every scanlne using raster interrupts for GTIA mode switches needed to achieve PAL blending.
odd and even scanlines show 16 shades or 16 base colours resulting on PAL CRT monitors or TVs 256 colours freely used.
so my rotozoomer uses on top interlacing on top so the PAL blending is better on CRT monitors but suck on youtube and Emulators but well...
some facts:
runs on 6502c PAL machines, rotozoom 42x42 pixels, 64x64 texture (2 needed one for colours and one for shades).
of course... I used a clown as image (you can guess whom...) the small music was composed with own small "tracker" by Syntopalooza.

- And all the buzz about vibe coding I wanted to try myself what is that all about. Just for the records I am in real life business guy and not a coder so.... At least I know the pitfalls... And the pros.

But where is the difference than using a fast loader system you don't coded yourself? Or copy paste stuff from codebase64? - Well... Most effects are running from iWram. I guess only the heightmap, title and bars effect not.
I hate c++ as I am an Basic and ASM guy and all started with that there is no framework with a mod player I can work with so I started to play around with learning c++ and went mad with those syntax and all ancient fuckery. And as there was a discussion with sceners about using AI esp. Gemini Pro I tried to pull off a plasma in minutes. Then I started to tell Gemini pro to optimise for speed etc all the typical tasks I would do myself. Then I thought ok... Then go the full demo approach knowing I got full blown by the scene.
But ask Axis etc in the end I spend a loooot of time getting it optimised.
