- Thanks for your comments, bitl. Indeed I was confused about the backbuffer address: in my memories from the 486-S3 times I remembered B000h, but when I tried that on actual hardware I've read back all white pixels. Thanks for the clarification, and also the suggestion about what to use instead.
It's true I tend to forget about FS and GS all the time :D
