- demo Acorn Metamorphosis Megademo by Zarquon
- Not quitely a demo rather than a selection of routines, the best 3d I have seen in the acorn till now (I like the 3d menu, reminds me of an SGI presentation demo I had recently seen). Nice!

- Damn! I was discussing this idea years ago with some friends in Nasty Bugs. Though I never managed to kick my ass working on it. I guess my idleness factor was too high ;P

- demo Commodore 64 Unicorn by Chorus
- Wow boy, I love those prod arguings :)
I liked this demo and didn't found it boring personally. It has it's own oldschool flavor and I personally liked the 50hz effects. When the text came that says "oneframed vectors" I thought wow, let me see that! I was a bit dissapointed first because it was just a quad, then I liked the octagone more, then there was a cube with one color always, mixed feelings but at least I like it's smoothness. Then I read the note and was a bit dissapointed because I expected something more technical. But who cares. It serves well enough as a oneframed effect for my fun. Though, maybe it's not the first especially since it's an animation (Iirc I had seen another C64 demo, old, not so known, spacetro, with a rotating cube with more colors (but few frames animation, you could see that) oneframed too. Heh ;)
Oneframed demos with something more interesting than scrollers are rare on 8bits. A demo like this was interesting for me. Of course I love especially newer demos that are not oneframed. 2 frames are still great enough in the eye. 3 quite ok for me, 4 mmm.. from 5 and after it's too slow ;P - isokadded on the 2006-06-11 23:59:06
