- for 32b this is cool, but I'm still not sure of the merit of the category.

- demo Linux Windows Tribes Feldolgozás by LegendgrafiX [web]
- 121mb?!?!
this seems to be going for a cinematic approach, telling a story, which is usually something I like. but this demo does it so clumsily, with sloppy code (the whole thing ran in 256 colours for me, and went slideshow when glowing things came on screen), laughable animations (the walking dog in the beginning comes to mind), an unintelligible story (try english next time), low-poly models, boring music, even more boring direction (circling around an object for a minute is not epic) and it's way too long.
and 121mb?!?! - sucksadded on the 2008-08-20 04:09:27

- 64k Windows Che Guevara by Fairlight [web]
- It just keeps going and going and going and you wonder how you can put so much interesting stuff with such a great style and such a good soundtrack in 64k.

- 64k Linux Windows Amiga PPC/RTG MacOSX PPC MacOSX Intel Fiat Homo by Traction [web]
- This was the first 64k I saw that wasn't just a "look ma, 3d models! with textures!" type of intro, and will therefore always be one of my favourites :)

- 64k Windows Zoom 3 by AND [web]
- Repeats itself too much and the pixellation-effect (or whatever to call it) really bugs me. Still a good achievement technically, nice models and the speech trick is very clever, though it sounds dull.

- 64k MS-Dos Windows heaven seven by Exceed [web]
- I don't know, I've never really found this that amazing. The raytracing is cool from a technical point of view but in order to show it off a lot of rather generic scenes are used (reflectoballs!) which isn't that interesting to look at.

- 64k Windows Paradise by Rgba [web]
- it's pretty boring/too long, but this is one of those 64ks that gets away with just amazing me with the sheer amount of content that's squeezed in.
