- 32k demo Atari VCS aTaRSI by Tristar & Red Sector Inc. [web] & Digital Sounds System & Crest
- Nice logos and kick ass chess board, the multicolor space ships are also cute. As for the music: Well, it uses approach 3 mentioned in LFTs seminar at Revision:
...
1) Use the few notes that sound properly
2) Toggle quickly between notes that sound almost properly
3) Ignore the problem :-)
Still much better that anything I could have produced in this regard, so a well deserved thumb. - rulezadded on the 2013-07-23 21:53:31

- demo Amiga OCS/ECS Day of Reckoning by Digital [web]
- Back then I recorded it's tune on tape to listen to it when going by car - imagine you're on the highway when the piano kicks it. Fortunately there's MOD on my PC nowadays. Presentation and sync are also really ace for me.

- demo Commodore 64 Seal of Focalor (Digital Messiah) by Megastyle
- I remember I was totally irritated when I watched it back then. Pace is awful, but the graphics and the execution are unseen. Really unique thing.

- 16k Commodore 64 bob johnson by Phantasy
- Every effect that makes me go "Hmmm?" deserves a thumb. Unlimited shade bobs that look nice and even can dissolve again are one of them.

- demo Commodore 64 Daah, those acid pills! by Censor Design [web]
- Looked at it again and found it's probably done just like all other recent Censor Design scrollers (LUT => Attribute/Screen RAM). But the underlying patter is chosen very cleverly and moving it slowly to the right completely tricks the eye. I'd say, it's a perfect effect :-)
