- demo Windows Agenda Circling Forth by Fairlight [web] & Carillon & Cyberiad [web]
- Blew me away seeing this on the bigscreen, great stuff.
Even 1in10's lame attitude in trying to find the worst possible way to respond to him having done wrong (not crediting the original artists work but crediting himself) can't change that. - rulezadded on the 2010-04-09 18:47:08
- liveact Animation/Video paniq @ tUM 09 by Farbrausch [web]
- At TUM I would have preferred to get more of his dancable tracks, but now listing at home this rocks. Well done.

- gargaj: There is a huge difference between advertisting and pay-to-view-streams.
With ads, anyone is able to access the contect, which is copyrighted by their authors, for free - which pretty much is the intention of most releasing a demo. With pay-to-view-streams access to these goods is sold. Most demos don't come with a license attached that clearly state the usage limitations, but law (and moral) is: If it's not allowed by the author, you shouldn't assume commercial use is OK.
IMHO they'd need the OK from anyone whose demo they are showing, just like the mindcandys are asking for these OKs (because they sell access to demos).
scamp: then again they had google ads on their website for ages, so i dont see why one should make an issue out of it NOW. - isokadded on the 2010-01-08 01:35:29

- I seriously wonder if demoscene.tv has asked the authors of the content it's going to stream for a license. This pretty obviously is commercial use of demo.
