- it was to read issue 17 what made me want to return to the scene. reading issue 18 makes me want to stay and create more...:) seeing the seriousnessand dedication going into this mag simply inspires me.

- demo Commodore 64 Anyone by Crest & Fairlight [web]
- at optimus: this does not have to be an animation. i am pretty sure it is realtime. z-ordering does not change. and there is minimum amount of rotation. so it should be quite possible for hollowman to do this in real time.
in soiled legacy the buildings were same color and thus no z-ordering was necessary.and below a cretain y line you can basicly copy lines downwards. i think that routine is a bit faster than this one. but this one has multi color buildings and i think the camera angle and field of view is very well chosen and looks very realistic...:)
by the way i haven't seen dane's end picture before.. totally overwhelming... - isokadded on the 2003-03-19 23:02:47
- demo Commodore 64 water 90% by Aesrude
- thanks everyone for your nice reactions. i will keep producing better stuff...
coders have noticed the inaccuracy problems in dalaman... as hollowman said that was the price for the speed... i am currently working on a way to increase accuracy without hurting speed...
and for anonym's question... aesrude is the name given to ancient roman coins. me and norvax were part of society of archeology at the college and we came up with that name... we were trying to find a word that ppl wouldnt know but woul still sound good...:) - isokadded on the 2003-03-18 12:45:01
