  I didn't expect a classic logo-on-top-and-scroller-on-the-bottom demo to look this good. :)

• I'm really surprised by all the positive feedback and the fact that this got the 2nd prize.
  The effects look like run-of-the-mill leftovers from the end of the 90s with some quite unattractive overlays.
  There's a couple of nice textures and palettes here and there, but that's about it (and the mapper artifacts on the up-scroller at the end are painful to watch).
  
  It's been quite a while since I watched a demo that made me feel *this* much like an old grump, which is a bit fun in itself. :)
  Probably best to assume there's something I'm not getting here, and refrain from thumbing.
  
  Cool that you're back though! And keep doing what you want to do, it seems like it's working. :)
