• Optimus, your 3DS needs to be able to run homebrew, so you'd have to essentially root the device. Depending on what firmware update you are on, this requires either nothing specifically at all (other than an afternoon of your time), or some specific game, or (if current version) special hardware or another 3DS that is already hacked. The guide to follow if you want to attempt this is https://3ds.hacks.guide/ (avoid video guides on youtube - most are bad).
  
  Once you have homebrew running, you can just copy the executable onto your device (via SD card reader, FTP, or netloading with 3dslink), then it should run without further work.

  Slightly faked (Actual HW drops to 20ish fps in some places in stereo 3D mode) 3D capture for your 3D capable hardware or old anaglyph (red-blue) 3D glasses. Raw SBS video also available.
