- 4k Windows blobzilla 4000 by Northern Dragons [web]
- I know everybody's gunna say using external data is the norm these days, but that still doesn't mean I have to like it. Call me a purist, but I prefer to see 4K'ers and 64K'ers that create all data themselves. (API's don't count --they're a necessary evil.)
But I know Northern Dragons have a sound synth ready for 4K, so it's disappointing they didn't rely upon this engine.
Apart from that, I was expecting some sort of big ending and was left disappointed. - isokadded on the 2005-07-30 02:04:55
- 4k Windows automation by Digital Devotion
- Pretty nice. A few parts and some half-decent audio. But nothing especially grabbed my attention.

- 4k invitation Windows evoke spacerace by Null OK [web] & Black Maiden [web] & Ümlaüt Design [web]
- Nice to see modelling in a 4K that has "personality." Great synth. A little lacking in the action departement, but oh well, nice all the same.

- 4k Windows trapped mind by Unknown Artists [web]
- The visuals weren't super interesting -- looks like a winamp plug-in for the most part -- but it was nicely executed with some variety and a competent sound engine. Commendable effort for 4K.

- 4k Windows Cracked (PC) by Inphernic
- The screenshot above is all one gets to see. Uninspired, but trying to make a 4K production as a first effort is interesting. More use of GM piano sounds. *sigh*

- 4k Windows Driftwood Theory by Lasse Toimela
- Very uninteresting to watch. GM piano sound with poor music.

- 4k Windows Uniform by Headcrash [web]
- Only one effect, but it's okay to watch. Not much in terms of audio. Did not return my desktop resolution, which is a bug I haven't experienced in quite some time.

- 32k Windows Fucking Hell by GUM [web]
- Looks like the very basic beginning of an intro engine. This does, of course, mean the intro is very basic looking. But everyone starts somewhere. Hopefully next time we'll see a much improved texture generator!

- 64k Windows Size Matters by Movedata [web]
- Great attempt at putting narrative into 64K.

- 4k Windows Atomic RandBoys by GUM [web]
- So, like, yeah... I have a pet peeve about 4K'ers that use GM sounds. They did seem to be aiming for some sort of atomic theme, but didn't get it going enough. And the music was pretty sloppy sounding, even with the help of GM.
