- The titlescreen could use a few more colors (256) - but I still like it.
The game itself is very nice - done in BlitzBasic, right? I really like the nice and smooth animations - and even the cool effect @ 10:25 where the player see only a small part (cirlced area) of the screen. I think its done with a seperate bitplane as mask. Really cool!
It seems there is a small collistion problem - when the player is trapped within blocks. I think the player should die in such moments.
Just an idea when the player gets hit. What about faidind (some) colors to white and back to original colors instead blitting 1 color (white) tiles?

- Nice game idea. I really like the concept and levels. Levels are going fast harder and harder. Its hard to start again from level 1 when having no more lifes. However, really enjoyed to play your game. (btw: a 16:9 mode would be nice ;-)
