  Your scenes are a bit basic and too unconnected, especially in terms of design-inconsistencies.
  The last scene, were you managed to show all the scenes at once was a nice touch.
  Generally some few nice ideas in here.
  But seriously: Get a musician next time...the music didn´t quite fit the visuals, was really messy and sounded like what it is: music made by a coder! ;)
  Take it as learning experience and come up with sth a bit better next time and i´ll thumb it up again, i guess...this time without being motivational only! ;)

  The Youtube is a joke aswell...it shows like 10 frames!
  Only thing that saves this from a thumbDown is the resolution and its size ofcoz!
  How this ended up 2nd is a mystery to me completely, i must be missing a fact i am overlooking or sth!

• Oh, wait, i get it...you coded your own synth as i read in "sceners wanted"...and this isn´t crafted for 4k/8k at all...so it´s the synth/music! alright then, but if you want to use your synth in these small categories you should optimize it a lot to get down to 2k atleast, 1.5k or less should be your target for 4k, including song ofcoz.

  Also love the effect when they speed up, including the dithering, which seems to be just a side-effect of the marcher?!
  But i hate the artifacts...those are just balls! I think you based each ball on it´s cell (floor(position))...this way you miss sometimes! I tried to do a starfield like this and it all looked superb...until i tried to mix some other objects in...it all got a mess...would have needed a lot more code and tweaking to get it working, so i dismissed it quite fast.
  Also i hate how you need more than 4kb for this...the music/synth and basecode may eat up 2-2.5k...but how did you manage to waste more than 1.5k for 3 effect-screens based on the same effect plus some part-witch-logic, please?
  (i once had only 600b left for actual effect-code and managed to squeeze 7 parts into that!)
