- Quite unusual prod. Like the other ones from Greippi. He always brings some weirdness to the scene, which is good.

- musicdisk Amiga OCS/ECS Chiperia #11 by The Chiperia Project
- What an absolute banger of a chiptune compilation! Kicking off with a visually stunning pixelated intro and seamlessly transitioning into the menu, this disk sets the stage for a journey into the heart of chiptune excellence.
Now, let's talk tunes—pure chiperia quality indeed! Standouts for me include "Chippopotamus," where industrial sounds are expertly squeezed into mere kilobytes, and "Dead Chipper," which flawlessly blends medieval melodies with a modern beat. "Easter Ho Ha" brings a delightful swing of happiness, while "Walk in the Forest" evokes that Jamiroquai vibe with its harmonies.
But hold up, "Curiosity Cat" hits right in the feels with its PWM-induced melancholy, and "Hanabi" gets the groove going with its floor-filling beats and sweet harmonic modulations. "Hot Summer Nights" could easily be the soundtrack to a keygen, while "Goatmilk" injects just the right amount of melodic craziness into the mix.
And then there's "Shapely Mirrors" - those unconventional harmonies always keep me hooked (As always from this artist). "The Nineteen" is another gem, showcasing impeccable waveform selection and dynamic playground that just make me want to cheer. Oh, and "Brightstar"? It might as well be the anthem of a Paranoimia intro, conjuring visuals that dance in your mind.
But let's not forget "Limitless Delights"—it's groovy, it's catchy, and it's as addictive as they come.
Now, about those tunes I'm not vibing with: - rulezadded on the 2024-04-02 20:10:42
