- demo Commodore 64 Unsigned by Byterapers [web]
- best newcomer release this year, which had a nice kickstart with grg's excellent take on lightforce by grg. i liked the overall freshness, where the colorscheme probably took some guilt. not gonna get deeper in on the 24-theme that sprung out inbetween, but overall it's a fucking blast for a firstie on the c64.
but as i just mentioned over at csdb, that (b)-c64-section-mention didn't have to be, did it. :) - rulezadded on the 2009-10-31 01:29:16
- demo Atari STe Cernit Trandafir by Dead Hackers Society [web]
- nice work by proteque and 505, didn't really like the coder-design at first though. all in all, a nice early-90s amiga-esque demo for the trusty grey keyboard. :)

- demo C64 DTV Misery III by Tristar & Red Sector Inc. [web]
- amazing show! the twister was rad, and so was the music and the (sadly few) graphics.
extra props for calling it "rotzoom" :D - rulezadded on the 2009-10-06 00:16:53

- cracktro Windows Twin Sector Intro by Skid Row [web]
- what justifies the 207kb here? not to be nitpicking, but this is ridiculous.
also, how much did it take to get this one to be as ugly as the orignal papillons intro from the c64? :)
if it's the sidplayer that takes up that much space, you'd be better off with a tracked cover of the tune in addition with a tiny modplayer. if your excuse is to keep the "original vibe" of the sid for old times sake because you're already old and deeply involved in the scene for ages, then be assured of the fact that the sidplayer library you guys used mangled parts of the tune.
i still think that this one is fun, but as an old time crack intro lover, take a look at the size, for the minimalist sake. - isokadded on the 2009-09-17 23:14:51
- 4k Windows yes we can by Quite
