- musicdisk Windows Tuber Player by TG Team [web] & POiNT.OF.PRESENCE
- I think it is not really good. It is much more related to a commercial background than to the demo scene. In addition to that the programming is relative poor compared to other scene productions. It crashes on scrolling the song position. The sound rendering has much, much more clearly recognizable able artefacts than the winamp xm plugin or even some decade old players. The playlist scrollbar is not proportional and there is an error in the position initialization if you open it if the player is already at position 20 for instance. There are no tooltip’s for the not so intuitive button icons (e.g. the panning). There is no smooth fading and the volumes of the different tunes are not levelled. The tune themselves are not great but good enough to add them to my playlist – therefore at least a Piggy.

- 4k Windows dasphere by Zon@ Neutr@ [web]
- At least it has some kind of 3D effect, some kind of 2d overlays, more than one screen - and it runs even on my crappy hardware (actually the only one of the 2007 4k’s I was so foolish to start). And since there are better voted 1-2 effect 64k I think the current Rating of -0.4 is a bit too harsh. But nevertheless nowadays sound is mandatory!

- demo Windows Fairytale by Traction [web] & Brainstorm [web]
- Very, nice! On the one hand it has some really nice scenes and a good sound track. Therefore Thumb Up! But on the other hand may be the file is a bit too big for the content and I am not sure if it is a good idea to be that close to ASD’s style or the popular-demo leaf scene instead of trying to further develop your own style.

- demo MS-Dos/gus Dope by Complex [web]
- I think some of the scenes are a little bit too long and it seems to me more or less like a “what can I fake with faked environment maps” object show tutorial. On the other hand there is this great sound track and the nice optics making it all together to a great demo – at least 1995. Thumb up!

- demo Windows Easter Egg by Orion [web]
- Sure, the story is a little bit strange/sick, but at least it has one - I like demos I can remember at the end of the compo – especially if the have a consistent nice style and are technically well done. Thumb Up!

- invitation Windows Assembly 2004 invitation by Moppi Productions
- I a have some affection for artificial plant growth for a long time - but this is one of my favourites – it’s absolutely great! – I really love how smoothly it degrades from the (non – sucking) naturals shapes to the blue lines of a digital world at the end. Nevertheless I still have mixed feelings about invitations for parties winning other parties.

- demo Amiga AGA Atari Falcon 030 Ocean Machine by The Black Lotus [web]
- Definitely one of the favourite Amiga demos – and I really love the soundtrack!

- demo MS-Dos Windows the fulcrum by Matrix
- I think for me watching the Fulcrum together with the Matrix guy’s was definitely the best moment on a demo scene party ever. I was almost perfect – great direction, effects never seen before, some kind of story, very nice pixel-graphics (finalized at the party ), good music – and of course a hall full of sceners enjoying and appreciating every second - screaming at the right moments. Especially if the crowd got crazy as it was clear that the first break was not the end but the beginning of the main-part, was absolutely amazing, as well as for instance the scene with the 1998-impossible (faked) real-time 3d-bump-mapping – or the melt effect at the beginning of the credits parts. (Digisnap always called it “Erz-Effect”). Thumb Up!

- 4k Windows synchroplastikum by Calodox
- It is technically quite impressive - some kind of reflections, nice tooth wheel object synth with animation, some kind of sound-engine and so on – even some kind of rising complexity “direction” - Thumb Up! … but the overall aesthetics, color scheme, lighting, soundtrack and textures could have been better – especially such terrible things like the 00FF00-green on the planet at the beginning could have been avoided. I also afraid that there is not a single frame that looks really “beautiful” in the sense of things like “parsec”.

- intro Windows Ized's first demo by Minnona Hannas
- I wouldn’t call it “a shame” - we all have to be grateful for every single one starting to learn how to do demos and intros instead of playing playstation and watching tv.
