- Manwe: It doesn't, it's more limited (no effects apart from volume, only four sample channels with fixed panning). The only thing that it does which S3M doesn't do is some sort of automatic channel phasing (OPL channels are slightly detuned against each other, which is used to create phasing instruments in various tracks). OpenMPT 1.28 has support for C67 files and emulates this phasing effect.
