- hmm this one leaves me with mixed feelings.
As usual your work is a pleasure to watch and a source of inspiration. But this one, despite having some really good ideas and a solid execution to back them, makes me feel it had potential to be a lot better.
I suspect it's due to the quality of the encoding, which results in poor contrast and a lot of ugly color bleeding. I'm not sure how much of that was intentional or an accident, but it impacted the experience negatively for me.
That said, the interaction with water, the flow feeling with the balls (polystyrene?), and the synchronized editing are great. - rulezadded on the 2015-08-07 20:08:36

- Certainly not a crowd pleaser, so hats off for not taking the easy way.
Very solid style, but didn't work for me (matter of taste). - isokadded on the 2015-08-06 06:17:35

- Manages to ruin a good tech with poor taste.
So rotating torus and animated character in UE4 is what it takes to rank 2nd at Assembly now? - sucksadded on the 2015-08-06 06:14:16

- What I liked most in this prod is how you used strings to achieve different effects or transitions, flowing through shapes or adding sudden intensity. Very nice.
Some parts felt out of place though. The camera direction change at 3'20 shocked me; it doesn't make sense and feels unjustified.
The ending scene has a visually very pleasing painting style, but not only it is completely different from the visual style of the rest of the demo, it is served as is after a fade to black, making it feel disconnected both from before and after parts (final credits screen). Its content also feels completely disconnected. - isokadded on the 2015-08-06 05:56:11

- Nice and effective, and really cool logos. But gawd is it slow.
Also, what Gargaj said. - rulezadded on the 2015-08-06 05:37:11

- It crashed halfway through; I don't see anything obvious in the log (just many shader warnings) but let me know if you're interested.
Also, the aspect ratio was all messed up for most resolutions I tried. :(
I'll have a look at the capture later. - isokadded on the 2015-08-03 11:10:57
