- I think people complaining about the vector animations are missing a key point.
Given floppy disk speed, the computing power of a 7Mhz 68000, and the slowness of chipram, compared to the number of polys, the amount of animation and the framerate, these parts are not a cop out, they are actually incredibly technically impressive in and of themselves, not just pretty.
As far as I can tell, the code is just as hardcore as the design. So even if you judge this on the traditional technical metrics on which demos were judged, it's still amazing. - isokadded on the 2019-04-28 15:11:22
