  Anyway, this is the fun part, I'll take my chances before spoiling it: since it's looping, I assume everything is precalced, likely at compile-time (but with some effort, possibly even at run-time, maybe that's the reason for those black screens), and packed into a clever format for quick updates & low memory foot-print.
