- Some great code here by Deetsay :) Put together in sort of Nah-Kolor collage form. I'm sort of torn between "design demos" (which can be bleh) and not having the effects leave the harddisk. They do no good unreleased. Therefore, it must win out.
I hate the music. The music would fit some other good demo but not this!
So it's a case of this grew on me. A few glitches (and the stars... must die... horribly...:D) but nevertheless a solid thumb from me overall! My favorites were the bit weird lens effect and the stone age guy with the graphic preceding. :) - rulezadded on the 2018-04-20 01:48:06
- demo Amiga OCS/ECS Generation 500 by Insane [web]
- The song deserved better than a strange mish-mash between a commercial / PD / demo!
It got the song out, and it's a good song. Some time spent on making the gfx appealing! As a demo... it just felt weirdly detached, somehow. - isokadded on the 2018-04-20 01:16:03
- demotool Amiga OCS/ECS the player 6.1a by Sahara Surfers
- Late night fun reading Gargaj's old comment :D Yes, this is a tool used to make demos, even if it doesn't let you load resources and script scenes.
The correct bits and pieces. For when performance specs are not to be squandered. ;)
Later versions still use this converter, so obvious thumb :) Even with pet peeves such as not even musicians caring if the period tables are off key, it's an obvious thumb. A late one to be sure, but no less obvious. ;) - rulezadded on the 2018-04-15 02:35:57
- demo Commodore 64 VF-SSDPCM1 Super Plus by Algotech
- Cool tech as always, as demo it needs demo also. :)

- 64k Apple II 3D-Starfield by 8-Bit-Shack
- 64k? No shit. ;) Just put the smaller size and you'll avoid prosecution :) Also add something, anything. :)

- 4k Windows Oscar's Chair by Eos
- Very David Lynch... and yes a little Pixar :D Melting chair gave thumb erection that lasted longer.

- 8k Windows One of those days by Loonies [web]
- Hahaa..! :) So much fun...
Black screen + stopped working on Win7 x64, but the video was 1080p60 so I guess it's OKish.
Steep seems pretty good if you don't want to try this IRL ;) (provided you can turn off the endless dialogs...) - rulezadded on the 2018-04-08 21:51:53
- 64k Windows When Silence Dims The Stars Above by Conspiracy [web]
- Impressed me on the stream, came here to thumb it up. Runs fine , soundtrack is good and fitting, just way too glacial for me. You can tell a story without every scene having to be essentially a still.

- demo Windows Wander by Carillon & Cyberiad [web] & Fairlight [web]
- Crashes the video driver a few seconds before the eye, so I have to watch 30fps Youtube. Aspect ratio is 4:3 and unchangeable in the resolution selector, while it selects the correct 16:9 resolution by default. The demo does not fill the selected resolution for some godforsaken reason. By the howling devils of the planet built out of letterboxes. Anyway. :)
The circles clipping irked me, otherwise the visuals were top notch and good use of work equipment ;) Some distant ships flying promise a story that is never delivered. So not the strong thumb it could have been but a thumb nonetheless. :) - rulezadded on the 2018-04-08 20:58:24
- demo Amstrad CPC Onescreen Colonies #1 by Vanity [web]
- For the gfx, great job on the colors and I liked the spinning chars at the end. :)
