- Confirmed working on a GTX 295 now too!
@Insectetutor: I noticed that too, I assume the light beams are supposed to come out of the object synched to the bassdrum? - isokadded on the 2012-01-04 23:46:11

- I found another bug: The GUI hangs after some fullscreen applications have been running.

- demotool Windows Crinkler by Loonies [web] & TBC
- I just used it to compress the first working release build for windows of an old 4k intro, which I'm using to port my engine from linux.
Crinkler saved *326* bytes so far, and I'm sure that it will be able to save much more with some tweaking! - rulezadded on the 2012-01-01 22:55:32

- Awesome! Can't wait for the final! On my GTX 295 large areas of the screen are black...
@mEDia sENtRy: No, OGL 3.3 is not win7 only. Just make sure that your OGL driver supports it. - rulezadded on the 2011-12-30 11:33:31

- Really nice musicdisk, nice interface and wonderful music! I think the songs could be re-encoded though, they have an occasional "skip" in them, which kinda sounds like buffer underflows.

- Bwahahaha, well, you're almost right! There's actually a maximum of 400 steps until it gives up!
The distance estimator is so unreliable (because of the major twisting which I perform) that I have to multiply it by 0.1 to get something reliable. Even with 400 steps, this is not enough to avoid artifacts at higher resolutions.
This, as you discovered, makes the intro very power-hungry. The compo hardware was a GTX 480, which was enough for it to run 960x540. Adjust the resolution accordingly to your hardware ;) - isokadded on the 2011-12-21 01:04:27
