• @guardian, yes it demonstrates the capabilities of Tobe's encoder and decoder. He wrote an encoder in C on PC and a decoder on Atari. The decoder can play a video (80x50 zoomed to 320x200) in 12 fps with a 6,25 KHz 8 bit audio track.
