- 4k Windows Stubble by Hardread [web]
- respect for the work put into this, but in the entirety it was not so stunning

- 4k Windows scheintal by Mostly Harmless
- nice atmosphere. the light rays are oh so great and they left me without having a clue how they were implemented :)

- 64k invitation Windows Binary Flow - The Assembly'05 Invitation by Conspiracy [web]
- Some spaces feel a bit empty and the intro is not absolutely perfect as a whole. Still it is a respectable work. The tron-like rendering style is just great. Reminded me of an old orange intro that employed similar style. Though I think it was a bit incoherent here and there.

- demo Windows Whispers by Samar Productions
- The first half was way too chaotic, additively blending too much stuff together. But from the "ball bearing" scene further on it feels more solid and thought out.
A tool does not make a good production, but this is fore sure the best attempt to date at using werkzeugg by someone not related to farbrausch.
Some parts show you have a potential within you to step out from average, which is nice. Keep up! - rulezadded on the 2005-03-25 21:08:34
- demo Windows fr-minus-07: cargo cult by Farbrausch [web]
- oh and i disagree, this is not some pretentious art-for-art, actually the effects - mainly background - look cool, emphasized with the refreshing color scheme. the infofile provided me a good laugh :)

- demo Windows fr-minus-07: cargo cult by Farbrausch [web]
- insanely as it might seem concerning the negative comments, this is one of my favourite 2004 releases. i like to watch it from time to time, when in the right mood. interesting background effects.
but what's best about it is the music. i've heard it multiple times over a larger period of time, and for me this belongs to best demo soundtracks produced. - rulezadded on the 2005-03-25 00:43:53
- invitation Windows marast05 invitation by Marshals
- great idea, just a pity you haven't made an english speaking version so more people could enjoy it :)

- demo Windows coma (on the dancefloor) by Cocoon [web]
- Works with GeForce 6800 GT like a charm! The only thing that didn't look right was nearest neighbour filtering of glow textures, but otherwise no problems here.
A great demo indeed. But I liked the video version better. Nah, kidding... :) - rulezadded on the 2005-02-25 00:34:16
- 4k Windows San Angeles Observation by Armada & Trauma
- bourke's surfaces are implicit, this is just plainly different techinque. maybe a first 4k intro where i truly enjoyed the music. the scene is amazing.

- demo ZX Spectrum The Path by Inward [web] & CyberPunks Unity [web]
- i am pleased to see that there is a speccy group that still has something to say stylewise.
most 8-bit productions i've seen in the past years are like "oh look we can do bump-mapping too", which is an attitude i quite don't understand.
when i watch this demo, i forget it's not PC and enjoy only the result the authors managed to achieve. - rulezadded on the 2005-02-14 22:46:16
