- intro Amiga OCS/ECS Zine #08 Headlines by Brainstorm [web]
- ah yes, finally someone found it. :) This Headlines intro featured a totally fantastic track by Oistein Eide. Scott of Brainstorm recently found it and sent it over. So great. The track was named "Flee Heart", if I remember correctly.

- demo Amiga OCS/ECS Shocker by Brainstorm [web]
- some background info: This was made because Orlando LOVED anything Wes Craven did at the time. The name comes from the film of the same name, Shocker: No More Mr. Nice Guy (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0098320/).
This little intro was nothing special whatsoever. :) - isokadded on the 2008-02-07 12:18:37
- demo Amiga OCS/ECS Brainfuck by Brainstorm [web]
- We released this under the groupname "Brainfuck" at The Party 1991 as a joke, where we also released the "Primus" demo. We did this together with Mahoney & Kaktus, if I remember correctly again. You can keep it under Brainstorm on Pouet though, I don't mind. :) And of course it sucked. :)

- keops: must be, because IIRC it's the only time a Grubi track was used for the ZINE Headlines (if you don't count the coop-track we made for a later edition)

- good point. And I just started wondering why there's Grubi at the bottom right if I made the tune. lol.

- artpack Windows Mudia Art #02 by Alcatraz [web]
- I have to say I have a hard time making my mind up about this one. While on one hand it features some nice tunes and graphics, it leaves me wanting some more on the other hand. I'm aware though that it's not a full-blown diskmag, and it doesn't intend to be. Then again, this might exactly be the charm of Mudia Art - a quick diskmag-on-the-go, a diskmag for the weightwatchers among us; you can digest it over a lunch-break.
Nice to see that Jogeir is back in action too, and Mop's interview with ne7 is a great read. Dude, you still know how to write, don't you? Respect. :)
so all in all Mudia Art gives me a nostalgic feeling, while at the same time it leaves me disappointed because of all the insane talent in Alcatraz which is capable of so much more. It feels like Alcatraz hasn't even tapped 10% of its potential. Now put the pedal to the medal, guys! :) In the meantime, I give you a thumb up for the continuing efforts with Mudia Art. Oh, and drop the charts. I think they don't work out well with such few votes. - rulezadded on the 2008-01-29 09:30:00
