 - demo Amiga OCS/ECS 9 Fingers by Spaceballs [web]
 - Now this is good!
When I showed these Spaceballs demos to my neighbour he thought I had hooked up the VCR to the TV instead, and was playing videoclips :)
He couldn't belive it was my classic Miggy :) - rulezadded on the 2002-10-09 00:20:47
 - 256b MS-Dos Yew by Mnemonic
 - Very nice one, indeed it looks like gouraud-shaded polys, but I guess z-shaded pointsprites would give that effect in a fraction of the code size :)

 - demo Windows TimeTravellers by Execute
 - Music was great...
Technically it was not too bad either, except it was rather slow, and the rasterizer appeared to lack subpixel/texel correction, so everything was a bit unstable and shaky.
But I see a lot of potential, keep up the good work :) - isokadded on the 2002-10-06 17:27:16
 - demo MS-Dos Deedlines Sax by optimus
 - Well, this brings back memories from the early days of demos on C64, Amiga and PC... :)
I enjoyed myself, it's been a long time since I've seen those dotspheres rotating on my screen (next time add 'motion blur' please ;) - isokadded on the 2002-10-04 23:16:17
 - demo Windows Open Your Eyes by Critical Mass
 - I really enjoyed this one.
The modelling is great, the visual effects are very nice, and there is a certain overall 'atmosphere' that I can't really put my finger on...
Excellent work! :) - rulezadded on the 2002-09-19 11:53:58
 - demo MS-Dos Stars: Wonders of the World by NoooN
 - Now why did I never comment on this one before?
This is one of my all-time favourites...
Runs great on a 486, really great 3d engine, both fast and accurate... and the music is... different :)
I love the face part :) - rulezadded on the 2002-08-26 19:13:33
 - demo Windows 3D Mark 2000 by Mad Onion [web]
 - I hope this won't cause another flamewar :)
Since this is technically a commercial production. As great as it is as a demo, they were on the payroll while making it ;)
I'm not bothered by that, I love this thing :)
And well, it's still freely downloadable too - rulezadded on the 2002-08-12 10:14:31
 - demo MS-Dos Windows the fulcrum by Matrix
 - This really deserves a Win32 port.
Was this the first 'sceneplayer' demo?
The first one I saw anyway, with incredible scenes, and technically the 3d engine was marvellous at the time.
And these people came out of nowhere :) - rulezadded on the 2002-08-08 01:15:05
 - demo Windows Liquid... Wen? by Haujobb
 - I can only watch the second part in Win2k on my box, on XP it crashes...
The crash seems to occur in the event-processing loop.. Perhaps it tries to trigger more events than there's available, and Win2k doesn't mind because it has a different granularity with allocation... Or maybe something else... Anyway, please fix it :) I don't feel like figuring it out myself atm - isokadded on the 2002-08-05 13:42:50
