- intro Atari ST TBC #15 by The Bits Club [web]
- improvement? where?
Still the same old stuff after 20 or 30 intros. Release less and improve the quality please.
A scroller, some dots, a few lines and yet it does not even run at 50hz.
Not to mention Solo2's usual self-voting and the usual screwed download link... - sucksadded on the 2005-07-18 12:31:10
- 64k invitation Windows Come to DemoZone (Man meets machine) by Neural [web] & Park Studios [web]
- Almost no information & insane precalc time, which ruined the invitation feeling for me.
Just ok then. - isokadded on the 2005-07-18 01:21:47
- demo MS-Dos Magic Biniou by Eclipse [web]
- Irish biniou song rocks and so does Rez :)

- demo invitation Windows fifth by deMarche
- Nice and coherent as an invitation (unlike other people just sticking an "invitation" label and a party name on their prod).
I wonder why it should require dx9.0c though :) - rulezadded on the 2005-07-14 17:23:02
- demo MS-Dos Second Reality by Future Crew
- Quote:
You need to understand the time this came from. There was absolutely nothing even measurably close to the quality, especially music. To say it sucks is just your ignorance of the era. This is by far the best demo of the time, unbeatable. This demo was the best of the best, period. Any comment otherwise shows sheer ignorance.
I trust Ominous is only refering to the PC scene. Yes, for a PC demo it was a masterpiece and a milestone at that time, but it was definitely not the only one, especially considering what had already been released on other platforms at that time (or even just considering Crystal Dream 2/Triton).
Ominous: I also trust you are aware that there were many other masterpieces on other platforms back then, that could easily compete with this one, both technically and artistically. - isokadded on the 2005-07-11 16:01:28

- wild Animation/Video atari burns by Finnish Amiga Group [web]
- Funny to read all those clueless arguments about Atari/Amiga when the picture actually shows the Infogrames logo, not the former Atari logo.
I guess the clueless author of this wild could not tell the difference either when he made that wild anyway :) - sucksadded on the 2005-07-08 15:43:18

- Preacher: when you were at school, didn't your demoscene teacher tell you that one just can't kill the deads? :)
