- demo TI-8x (68k) Trip by adinpsz [web]
- I dunno. I guess I should thumb this up, it's an interesting platform and you get a nice result but that soundtrack is _painful_ ;D. Yes, I am fully aware of the technical limitations but as far as I'm concerned it would probably be better with silence in this case ;D.

- 4k Windows Clouds Dream by FRequency [web]
- Nice clouds. The music doesn't impress musically but technically speaking the sound you get out of that synth is quite nice. I like this sound more than a lot of the other 4k intro soft synths out there.

- demo Windows un petit verre de verveine pour moi, s'il vous plaît by A Moiré Misszió Bemutatja
- I REALLY wanted to like this. So many great ideas and concepts and the first part was really promising. But then everything just went haywire with no control or direction and that is the greatest shame and disappointment since there was hope of something great here. I hope you use these ideas in some other prod and try to keep it more organized and thought-through.
I was delighted to hear the first part of the music since it reminds me quite a lot of Steve Reich's work. Very nice minimalism. But then it just exploded. I think this music could belong to some genre called "stadium glitch" or "anthem glitch" or "epic glitch" or something ;) (yes, it's definitely an oxymoron, which makes it interesting ;)) and I understand why not so many people do music like this. Glitch should be minimalistic otherwise it becomes something like this demo. I think I fried a couple of synapses by watching this ;) (not to be rude, but it was way too much going on at the same time).
No thumb down thanks to all the interesting ideas. - isokadded on the 2009-10-04 11:02:02
- demo Windows Stationary Elvin Stands Still by Titan [web]
- Oh, that's beautiful in its simplicity. And the music really works well. Although, I would liked to have seen it disintegrate into an Authecre video at some point ;D. But maybe that's just me. Now let's see a 4k (or even 1k?) remake of this with the music coming from a softsynth, shall we :)?

- 64k Linux Windows ephemera by Approximate [web]
- Yeah, this was nice :). I liked the mood even though it felt mostly like an object show. However, the objects were nicely designed and it felt like the visuals had coherence and a nice style :). The music had some problems with the audio production even though I liked some part of it quite a lot, especially the parts where it goes into major. Very cute :D. It might have been a tad incoherent at places but then again it is nice to let the music change together with the different scenes. All in all I enjoyed this :).

- demo Windows Amiga PPC/RTG My World Is How I Create It by ukonx [web]
- Beautiful :). I remember the soundtrack from Demovibes. Truly one of the better tracks :). This demo does not change my opinion on scene poetry though ;).

- Not bad. Nothing revolutionary, but still nice looks.

- 4k Windows yes we can by Quite
- Very pretty :D. Visuals and music go beautifully together and the soundtrack is just simplistic enough. I really liked how the effects blended together. Not very many disctinct effects but they worked well together.
