- good use and enhancement of the good old cloth effect (especially the holes). and rather nice rendering too.
dodgy sound and non-existent design though, and it gets boring after the 5th sphere in a row to shoot through the cloth. :)

there might very well be a good 64k under there somewhere. but it's almost impossible to work out what's going on when it appears to be rendered at approximately 200x100 and then post-processed to shit. combine that with the "colourscheme", dodgy camera movements and chippy music, and it just gives one big "wtf" experience.

- i only bothered to watch it on youtube, but from what i saw it was a lot nicer than 828 :) ..and i like the music too.
(reserving final judgement until i see it on a pc. youtube is killing the scene!)
however, im glad to see that since debris was 180k and entered in a demo competition, that demos should now be compared by their size. brilliant. im off to make a 1k for assembly and enter it in the demo competition - it'll be 65536 times smaller than the size limit, so it's surely a guaranteed winner! - isokadded on the 2007-05-24 09:53:57

- forgetting entirely about the long history these old farts have, i was impressed with this for the quality of the effects. some modern, interesting and clever routines here that arent trivial to pull off. added to that, everything runs completely smoothly on less than top end hardware.
now if we can just give hyde a quick rundown in "innovations in demodesign since 1994".. ;)
