  But really, MadTracer[tm] framework is all about single sample approximations. If secondary samples start hitting surrounding buildings at one point, the remaining secondary samples will also try at that distance, completely skipping the car except for certain angles (e.g. 1:13). But thanks for pointing this out - I could try to improve the heuristic in this area.

• @noby: It's just a 50:50 averaging with previous frame to limit noise at least a bit and prevent long afterglow tails at lower framerates.
  
  But could you give some examples what exactly do you mean by noise non-uniformity and where it's most visible? Maybe that could be fixed somehow. :)
