- too much compression on the kick, and a snare feels flimsy. fixing that would improve the whole thing a lot for me.
- the ending: looks like it's making a statement with that abstract shape but obviously doesn't (or it's way obscure). I would easily imagine a cervidae head for example.

Nice writeup, btw. Also, if you do anything similar in the future, try to underexpose the photos so that you can overexpose them on the screen, that way you can colorize more easily without having the whites getting clamped.
